Job Description:

1. Technical leadership skills - managing technical queries from team members, code reviews, mentorship, guidance.
2. Should possess excellent design skills, good knowledge of OOAD principles, MVC and Design patterns.
3. Should have worked in .NET technology through the experience.
4. Should have worked on both Web applications and Windows applications, web applications to be in the later part of the experience.
5. .NET C# 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, WCF, WPF, WF, AJAX, SSRS/Crystal Reports, Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012.
6. SQL Server 2008/2012, good working knowledge of Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views etc.
7. Should have hands on knowledge of web application deployment on IIS.
8. Knowledge of Install Shield.
9. Hands On Experience on VSS, TFS or SVN.
10. Should be good in oral and written communication.
